Parents are invited to help us with the re-accreditation process with NAEYC. We would like to thank every family that took the time to complete their survey form.
If you have any suggestions to improve our center, please do not hesitate to speak with the Director, email them to us at: MeridenKGLC@hotmail.com or simply drop a note in your child's folder with the suggestion.
With the funds we've raised, Kinder-Garden Learning Center is able to invite a music teacher to visit the children bi-weekly. Proceeds from fundraisers also go toward 1/2 the cost of bus transportation to help families with the costs of field trips. We were also able to purchase nice gifts for the good little boys and girls at Christmas this year.
2008 In 2008: KGLC has made donations to Project Graduation, Meriden Youth Travel Baseball, Walk for Warmth, Relay for Life, Lyman Hall HS CREW Volunteer Club, Meriden Rotary Luminary Walk for MS, Holy Trinity Parrish, Our Lady of Fatima Parrish, Wallingford Youth Soccer League, United Way ...
2007 With the help of our families, KGLC has made donations in 2007 to the following charities/organizations: Meriden Youth Travel Baseball, Project Graduation, Meriden Soccer Club, Walk for Warmth, Holy Trinity Parrish, St. Stan's Parrish, Meriden Black Expo, Habitat for Humanity, Our Lady of Fatima Parrish, Wallingford Youth Soccer League, United Way & American Cancer Society.
2006
September 2006: A donation in the amount of $500 was sent to Noah's Ark of Hope on behalf of the students, staff and families of Kinder-Garden Learning Center. Most of this money was collected from the profits of Papa's Dollar Donut Fridays. Thank you for participating. It is our sincere hope that something great can come from this tragedy and OUR FAMILY will be able to appreciate the Hubbard Park Playscape for years to come.
